We are looking for 2 enthusiastic and organised Sales Support Administrators to join a friendly sales and account management team. This is a full-time, office-based role located in Stow Maries, offered on a temporary to permanent basis. You will play a key role in supporting the Account Manager and the wider sales team to coordinate bespoke display unit orders for their cosmetics brand customers, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained throughout.

Location: Stow Maries CM3, South Woodham Ferrers

Pay rate: £12.75 per hour

Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent (12 weeks)

Hours: Monday to Friday 08.00-17.00

Please note: own transport is essential, as the location is not accessible by public transport.

Key duties:

  • Provide admin support to the Account Manager
  • Respond to customer calls and action requests
  • Handle customer enquiries when the Account Manager is unavailable
  • Liaise with customers to chase artwork, drawing approvals, PO numbers, and delivery info
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding design, artwork, and pricing
  • Deal with price queries and prepare customer quotes
  • Raise orders on behalf of the Account Manager
  • Keep tracker sheets updated and distributed weekly
