Gap Personnel are hiring Production/Assembly Operatives to join a busy, growing manufacturing team in Newmarket. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills in a supportive, hands-on environment. You'll work as part of a friendly team, helping to assemble, check, and pack products to a high standard. No experience is needed—full training will be provided.
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 5:00pm | Friday, 8:00am – 1:00pm
Contract: Temporary ongoing work, with the chance of a permanent role
Pay: £12.71
Location: Newmarket, CB8
Duties:
- Assemble basic parts by following instructions
- Use simple tools safely
- Work with your team to meet daily targets
- Check finished products for quality
- Keep your work area clean and follow safety rules
- Help with general tasks like packing and moving stock
