The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
The general focus of a grade 1 role is to help maintain and improve the standard of Streets, Parks, Open Spaces, in Norwich and to report any issues for each area daily to the team leader in accordance to the required standards, to a fixed schedule agreed with Norwich City Council.
- Litter picking/ street cleansing duties
- Drive various vehicles within the scope of an appropriate licence
- Carry out general street cleansing, litter picking, bin emptying duties
- Carry out basic care and maintenance to plant, tools and equipment
- Ensure daily checks on vehicles and equipment
- Complete paperwork as instructed
- Observe and continually promote equalities and customer care
- Ensure that reasonable care is taken at all times for the health, safety, and welfare of you and other persons and to comply with the policies and procedures relating to health and safety in this job role / working environment including the depot and the depot facilities
