We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader on behalf of one of our clients based in Blackburn. This is a hands-on role within a busy warehouse operation, ideal for someone with previous leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Blackburn. This role will relocate to Clitheroe from June 2027.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations
  • Manage Goods In and Dispatch activities
  • Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately
  • Prepare materials and fabric orders for collection
  • Monitor stock levels and complete stock checks
  • Move and reorganise stock using FLTs
  • Maintain accurate records within the WMS system
  • Support Logistics with export documentation
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and Health
