Gap Personnel, operating as an employment business, are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an Account Manager for a company based in the Liverpool L7 area. This is a permanent contract.
Duties will include:
- Supporting the day-to-day administration and maintenance of product listings, catalogue integrity, and product availability.
- Ensuring that all products are correctly activated, maintained, and aligned across multiple marketplaces.
Location: Remote/Hybrid
Working Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 12:00pm - 4:00pm
Key Performance Indicators & Metrics:
- Accuracy and completeness of product listings.
- Timeliness of new product listing creation.
- Product activation and catalogue availability rates.
- Resolution speed of suppressed or removed listings.
- Accuracy of ASIN and SKU management.
- Responsiveness to product-related queries and escalations.
- Timely completion of product updates across marketplaces.
Essential Criteria:
- At least 2 years experience with a Supplier to Retailer relationship.
- At least 2 years experience in creating and maintaining online product listings.
- Strong data entry, administration and product data management skills.
- Competent with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and intermediate-level Excel.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to investigate, resolve proactively identify product or system-related issues.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with a confident and friendly manner.
- Comfortable liaising with different departments and building positive working relationships.
- Confident working with systems and large volumes of product data.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
