We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Knitter / Fabrication Machine Operator to join our team in Blackburn. In this role, you will operate knitting machines, monitor product quality, and ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

Position: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain weft insertion knitting machines
- Load and thread yarn on creels and machines
- Carry out quality checks and basic maintenance
- Identify and resolve fabric defects
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
What We're Looking For:
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to follow production specifications
- Basic math and data entry skills
- Experience with machinery or textile manufacturing (preferred)
- Willingness to perform physical tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Shift pattern: Three-shift rotation.
Shift hours:
- 06:00-14:00
- 14:00-22:00
- 22:00-06:00
30 mins paid break on each shift hours
Pay rate: £14.97 per hour (including shift allowance)
