Gap Personnel, operating as an employment business, are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an Account Manager for a company based in the Liverpool L7 area. This is a permanent contract.
This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration and maintenance of product listings, catalogue integrity, and product availability.
Location: Remote/Hybrid
Working Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 12:00pm - 4:00pm
Key Performance Indicators & Metrics:
- Accuracy of ASIN and SKU management.
- At least 2 years experience in creating and maintaining online product listings.
- Strong data entry, administration and product data management skills.
- Competent with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and intermediate-level Excel.
- Comfortable liaising with different departments and building positive working relationships.
- Confident working with systems and large volumes of product data.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
- Experience working within wholesale, retail, ecommerce, or consumer products industries.
- Experience supporting multi-country marketplaces.
- Understanding of product setup processes and ecommerce merchandising.
- Knowledge of licensing, branded products, or seasonal product categories.
The role may require occasional domestic travel, for example to the company site, and requires flexibility in working hours.
