Gap Personnel operating as an employment business are currently recruiting for a Production Operatives on behalf of a new client located in Wrexham.
Duties
- Operate manufacturing machinery for production.
- Prepare raw materials, weigh ingredients, and follow production formulas.
- Monitor and adjust machine parameters—including temperature, pressure, screw/line speed, and vacuum levels to match product specifications.
- Monitor production lines and carry out routine checks.
- Complete batch records and maintain accurate documentation
- Perform basic machine maintenance and report any issues
- Support quality control procedures, including sampling and visual checks
- Adhere to all health & safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment
Skills
- Good eye for detail
- Quality checking experience
- Machine operating experience
- Plastic polymer knowledge is desired but not required.
Hourly Rate £13.55 Per hour
Working Hours
- Week 1 – 6am – 2pm
- Week 2 – 10pm - 6am
- Week 3 - 2pm-10pm
