We’re looking for hardworking and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and friendly distribution team in Willand. This is a fast-paced, active role suited to people who enjoy being on their feet, working with a great team and getting stuck in.
The Role
- Picking and packing orders accurately
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Moving stock throughout the warehouse
- Using scanners and warehouse equipment
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
- Working towards daily targets as part of a supportive team
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable with manual handling and being active throughout the shift
- Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential — full training provided
Hours & Pay
- £13.10 per hour
- £14.15 per hour after 6pm
- £15.72 per hour after 11.00pm
- Monday to Friday working pattern — weekends free
- Various shifts available - 0700am - 1600pm / 4.00pm - 10.00pm / 6.00pm - 10.00pm / 10.00pm - 07.00am
