gap personnel are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a busy and growing food production environment in Willand, Cullompton.
If you have food production experience, enjoy working as part of a team and want a role that gives you your Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays off, this could be the opportunity for you.
THE ROLE
As a Food Production Operative, you’ll be an important part of the production team, helping to ensure products are processed, prepared and packed safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards throughout the operation.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Working within a busy food production environment
- Supporting day-to-day production processes
- Preparing, handling and processing food ingredients
- Operating production equipment safely and efficiently
- Packing and checking finished products
- Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Maintaining excellent quality standards
- Working as part of a friendly and hardworking team
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Food production experience is preferred, particularly if you have worked within a fast-paced manufacturing or food environment.
We're also interested in people who have:
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Good attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Experience working to food hygiene and safety standards
- Counterbalance Forklift experience would be highly beneficial
OWN TRANSPORT IS ESSENTIAL
Due to the shift times and location, you will need your own reliable transport to get to and from work.
Hours & Pay
0600am - 1630pm, Monday to Thursday
1600pm - 0200am, Monday to Thursday
£12.91ph
