Gap Personnel Limited are recruiting a QA / QC Technician for a reputable, family-owned food production business in Taunton. This hands-on role is on the production floor, focusing on food safety, product quality, and adherence to GMP and HACCP standards.
You'll work Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 1.45pm to 10pm, with occasional Saturday shifts 9am-4pm. Duties include production checks, hygiene audits, sampling, labeling, and supporting audits and traceability to help keep quality on the menu.
