Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

We're looking for an ambitious Onsite Account Manager to support a key client based in Blagdon, bust based out of the Bristol office. Whether you're an experienced Account Manager, a Senior Recruitment Consultant looking for a new challenge, or a Recruitment Consultant ready to take the next step into an onsite role, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and developing relationships with a key onsite client
- Taking ownership of recruitment and workforce management activities
- Conducting regular customer meetings, presentations, and service reviews
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure outstanding service delivery
- Managing customer forecasts and working closely with supply chain teams to maximise fulfilment
- Producing and maintaining accurate management information and reporting for weekly and monthly reviews
- Identifying opportunities to enhance service levels and add value to the client relationship
What We're Looking For
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally within industrial recruitment
- Ability to analyse data and spot trends, opportunities, and solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Competency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
