DRIVER / FLY-TIPPING COLLECTION OPERATIVE – IMMEDIATE START
We are looking for a reliable and hard-working 3.5T Driver to join our clients team, carrying out fly-tipping and waste collection duties.
Job Details
- Role: 3.5T Driver / Fly-Tipping Collection Operative
- Working Arrangement: Working in a pair with another team member
- Start Date: ASAP
- Pay: £13.45ph
- Working Hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 7:30am–3:30pm
- Friday: 7:30am–3:00pm
Duties
- Drive a 3.5T vehicle safely to designated collection locations.
- Work in a pair to identify and clear fly-tipped waste.
- Load and unload waste, rubbish, and unwanted items from the vehicle.
- Assist with the safe lifting and handling of bulky or heavy items.
- Follow the daily collection schedule and complete jobs efficiently.
- Report any hazards, access issues, or incidents to the supervisor.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds a valid driving licence with experience driving a 3.5T vehicle.
- Is reliable, punctual, and hard-working.
- Is comfortable with physical work, including lifting and loading.
- Can work effectively as part of a team.
- Has a positive attitude and takes pride in their work.
