Job Title: Night Production Operative
Location: Ledbury
Contract Type: 8 weeks ongoing
Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 22:00pm - 06:00am

Please note: this role involves working in chilled environments (average temperature 0°C)
This is a great opportunity if you’re looking for a stable role with the chance to transition to a permanent position for the right candidate. This is 8 weeks ongoing position with potential of work to be extended.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Management:
- Picking stock from designated collection locations and placing it where needed.
- Replenishing stock in the production areas as required.
- Production Line Duties:
- Packing products on the production line, ensuring that products are packed securely and efficiently.
- Ensuring that all products meet the correct weight requirements for packaging.
- Quality Control:
- Conducting regular quality checks on all items to ensure that they meet company standards.
- Labelling and Coding:
- Labelling products with the correct batch codes and labels to ensure traceability and compliance with regulations.
- Environmental Conditions:
- Working in chilled environments, with temperatures around +8°C. Candidates should be comfortable with this temperature range for the duration of the shift.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a similar production or warehouse role would be beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain high‑quality standards.
- Good attention to detail, especially with packing, labelling, and performing quality checks.
- Comfortable working in a chilled environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
Basic Hours & Pay Rate:
- Monday to Friday
- 22:00 to 06:00, paid 37.5 hours a week
- £14.50 per hour basic rate
