Production Operative - Manufacturing

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in Enfield.
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment, suitable for individuals who are flexible and available to work ad-oc day and night shifts from Monday to Sunday, as required.
Pay Rate: £13.06 - £14.06 per hour, depending on shift
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting production line operations
- Assisting with machine operation and basic quality checks
- Packing, labelling, and preparing products for despatch
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Adhering to all health & safety procedures
- Assisting other areas of the operation when needed
Requirements
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
- Flexibility to work ad-oc day and night shifts, Monday to Sunday
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and with a positive work attitude
