Gap Personnel, operating as an employment business, is recruiting an experienced FLT Reach (D1/D2) Driver to join one of the UK’s leading distribution centres.

The Role
As an FLT Driver you’ll work in a fast‑paced, organised warehouse environment where your accuracy and teamwork make a real impact. This is not a static forklift role — you’ll be checking stock, goods and location controlling and handballing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock movement using Reach Truck
- Picking Orders from pick lists and locate stock
- Packing Orders ready for dispatch
- Maintaining a safe, tidy workspace
- Completing daily equipment safety checks
- Accurate completion of paperwork
- Supporting wider production tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Reach (D1/D2)
- Minimum 2 years’ proven FLT experience
- Experience in a warehouse or fast‑moving environment
- Self‑motivated, organised, and reliable
- Strong communication skills
- A methodical, safety‑focused approach
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering consistent results
