FLT Counterbalance Driver – Caerphilly
Shift Pattern (12-hour shifts, 6:00am - 6:00pm)
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday
Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday
Pay Rates
- £13.33 per hour (Basic Rate)
- £16.66 per hour (Night Shift Rate)
- £20.00 per hour on Saturdays
- £26.66 per hour on Sundays and Bank Holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload containers using a Counterbalance FLT.
- Move pallets and rotate stock between departments.
- Carry out general warehouse duties, including palletising products ready for dispatch.
- Adhere to all site Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices.
- Support production operations when required.
About You
- Must hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence and a full UK driving licence.
- Previous experience working within a warehouse or production environment is essential.
- Flexible and willing to work as a Production Operator when required.
- Able to work to strict dispatch and delivery deadlines.
- Comfortable with manual handling and lifting duties.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
