We are currently recruiting for aGerman-Speaking Customer Fulfilment Coordinator to join a busy and supportive team based in Blackburn.
This is not a traditional customer service role. Instead, the position is focused on managing customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring a seamless fulfilment process while coordinating closely with customers, internal departments and warehouse operations, including our Germany-based warehouse.
You will be responsible for overseeing the entire order lifecycle, ensuring products are delivered accurately and on time while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Fluent German language skills are essential, as regular communication with German-speaking colleagues and stakeholders will form a key part of the role.
Location: Blackburn (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 16:30, Friday 08:30 - 16:00
Flexible Hours Available: 07:30 - 15:30
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders from initial placement through to successful delivery.
- Coordinate stock availability and order fulfilment across multiple warehouse locations, including Germany.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order updates and delivery timescales.
- Work closely with warehouse, logistics and supply chain teams to resolve any order-related issues.
- Process and update orders accurately within internal systems.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries relating to orders, deliveries and stock.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient order management.
- Support continuous improvement of fulfilment processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer fulfilment, order processing, customer coordination, customer service or supply chain administration.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and order management systems.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team.
