Apprentice Administrator
Treforest, Pontypridd
£8 per hour
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (1-hour lunch)
We are looking for a motivated Apprentice Administrator to support candidate compliance within our recruitment agency while working towards a recognised Business Administration qualification. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in recruitment and office administration.
This role is a great opportunity for someone organised, professional, and ready to learn, offering hands‑on experience supporting recruitment paperwork while gaining a recognised qualification. You’ll develop valuable administration, communication, and compliance skills in a fast‑paced agency environment, with real opportunities for progression as your confidence and experience grow.
Key responsibilities include
- Assisting with collecting and checking candidate compliance documents (e.g. right to work, references, DBS checks)
- Updating candidate records accurately on recruitment systems
- Communicating with candidates and consultants to chase and confirm documentation
- Supporting the team with general administrative tasks and compliance audits
- Ensuring confidentiality and data protection standards are followed at all times
