We are looking for a proactive Commercial Sales Coordinator to join our clients busy sales operation and act as the key link between UK customers, the wider commercial team and internal departments. If you enjoy balancing customer service with operational accuracy and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this role could be for you.
What you will be doing:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of UK customer accounts, providing quotes and day to day support
- Keep pricing accurate using agreed structures and highlight growth opportunities to the Sales Team
- Work closely with UK and international colleagues to share updates on stock, lead times, and shipments
- Be the main point of contact for freight partners, ensuring UK and international deliveries run efficiently and OTIF targets are achieved
- Track all shipments, communicate any delays, and resolve delivery issues quickly and professionally
About you:
- Experience managing customer accounts with a strong commercial mindset
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confidence working with pricing structures and supporting a busy sales environment
- Knowledge of customs documentation, UK/EU trade processes and freight/logistics is desirable
- Experience with ERP/order processing systems such as Orderwise is desirable
