Job Title: Workshop Operative Location: Swindon, SN6 Pay Rate: £13.00 p/hr Working Hours: 07:30– 17:00 Monday to Thursday 07:30– 13:00 Friday Contract: Temporary ongoing Gap personnel are proud to be working together with a leading street furniture manufacturer brand based in Swindon, who are currently looking for 2 Workshop Operatives to support busy Manufacturing company. The ideal candidate must be physically fit because of heavy lifting and they need to have experience in working with timber. Job Duties: Cleaning of metal work Assembling metalwork with bolts Sanding Timber End grain treatment to timber Light assembly of products using a drill Packing of products Assist in keeping the Workshop and Yard in a tidy and safe condition in accordance with Langley Design policies Working Hours: 07:30– 17:00 Monday to Thursday 07:30– 13:00 Friday Pay Rate: £13.00 p/hr Ideal candidate: Successful candidates will have experience working in production or with timber also will be willing to learn and develop skills.
