gap personnel are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Exeter (EX5). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy production team where quality, teamwork, and attention to detail are valued. The Role
As a Production Operative, you'll be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process by ensuring products are produced safely and efficiently. Your duties will include:
- Loading and unloading machinery
- Carrying out quality checks on finished products
- Manual handling of materials and finished goods
- Packing products ready for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Always following production and health & safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Comfortable with manual handling and working on your feet
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Hours & Pay
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm £13.00 per hour
