Working Hours: 7 days across two weeks 6am – 6pm

We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join a well-established food manufacturing company based in Caerphilly. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and motivating a production team to meet daily targets and quality standards
- Organising workloads and ensuring efficient use of resources across the production line
- Monitoring and maintaining health & safety compliance at all times
- Supporting team training and development, including mentoring new starters
- Conducting daily production meetings and reporting on KPIs
- Ensuring all hygiene and food safety procedures are followed to BRC standards
About You:
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment
- Proven leadership skills in a team leader or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Flexible, reliable, and committed to continuous improvement
