Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced and motivated Maintenance Engineers to join our team. This role involves carrying out both preventive and reactive maintenance within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be multi-skilled, with the ability to work safely and effectively on process equipment, including both electrical and mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance in line with maintenance schedules
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform reactive maintenance
- Diagnose faults and implement effective and lasting solutions
- Ensure all work is completed correctly the first time
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures
- Accurately record maintenance activities using internal systems
Skills and Experience Required
- Time-served apprenticeship in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Multi-skilled engineer with both electrical and mechanical competencies
- Experience working with process or dairy equipment is advantageous
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
