We are recruiting an experienced Heavy Plant Machinery Operator to join a large, fast-paced plant environment based in Cardiff. This role is ideal for someone confident operating front-shovel loaders or 360 material handlers (wheeled) in a heavy industrial setting.
Role:
- Operating front-shovel loading machinery or 360 wheeled material handlers
- Supporting daily site operations within a large, heavy plant environment
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a busy team
- Following site procedures, including drug and alcohol testing prior to start
Requirements:
- Experience with front-shovel loading or 360 material handler (wheeled) machinery
- Comfortable working in a heavy industrial environment
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to start immediately
Shifts Available:
- Monday to Friday: 6am – 4pm
- 4 on 4 off: 6am – 6pm
Pay Rates:
- £13.04 per hour
- £19.56 for overtime (over 8 hours) & Saturdays
- £26.08 on Sundays
Start Date: Immediate start available following successful drug & alcohol screening.
