We are recruiting an experienced 360 Wheeled Machine Operator or Front Shovel Loader Operator to join a busy heavy-plant environment in the Cardiff area. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent daytime hours and excellent overtime rates.
The Role:
- Operating 360 wheeled machinery or front-shovel loading equipment
- Supporting daily site operations in a heavy industrial environment
- Loading vehicles, moving materials, and maintaining safe work areas
- Carrying out daily machine checks and reporting any defects
- Working as part of a reliable, safety-focused team
Skills & Qualifications Needed:
- Valid CPCS or NPORS ticket for 360 Wheeled Excavator or Front Shovel
- Experience operating heavy plant machinery in an industrial or construction setting
- Strong awareness of site safety, signalling, and communication
- Ability to work independently and follow site instructions
- Good reliability and timekeeping
- A CSCS card is preferred but not essential
- Fit for work and comfortable with physical, fast-paced environments
