We are currently recruiting for a Blending Operator to join a busy production team in Caerphilly. Shift Pattern 12-hour day shifts (6:00am - 6:00pm) Week 1:Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday Pay Rates £12.71 per hour during training £13.11 per hour once fully trained £16.39 per hour for night shifts £19.67 per hour on Saturdays £26.22 per hour on Sundays Key Responsibilities Operating blending and mixing equipment safely and efficiently Accurately weighing and measuring ingredients Following production plans and recipes Completing quality and safety checks Recording production data and documentation Maintaining high standards of hygiene and housekeeping Adhering to all food safety and health & safety procedures What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing, production, blending, mixing or machine operating experience is advantageous Good attention to detail Strong understanding of health & safety practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and committed with a positive attitude
