gap personnel Bristol are operating as an employment business and currently looking to recruit 4 gut room operatives for our client based in Westerleigh, Bristol, BS37. As a Gut room operative, you will work within a team handling and processing pork by-products.Own transport is required due to the remote location of the site.Responsibilities:Harvesting, processing and distribution of natural pork casings, meat products and pharmaceutical productsQuality checking of productsCleaning and stripping down offal into different animal by-product categoriesLabelling products for correct placementMaintain clean working practices to prevent slips and trips and avoid cross-contaminationThe ideal candidate must:Have a strong tolerance for odorsHave a strong stomach due to working with stomachs, spleens and intestines.Be punctual and have good time managementHave good eye for detailExperience using knife, however not essential as training will be providedSite Benefits:Free on site carparkCanteenIf you are interested, please get in touch on or click
