360 Recruitment Consultant Bristol, BS32 Basic up to £35,000 + Bonus Permanent Could you be our next 360 Recruitment Consultant in Bristol ? You will be required to target key prospect users through a direct approach; cold calling; social media and networking to bring on new business opportunities. You will be required to take an active role, ensuring high quality in standards, service, and transparency to clients as well as to temporary workers. Travelling to see potential clients across Bristol. Reporting to the Branch Manager and working in sync with them and alongside our office team. We require someone who has a strong sales and business development background, with a track record in establishing strong relationships at all levels. The role requires the successful candidate to work alongside the Branch Manager for developing and supporting the team to maximise sales and service standards to clients. You must be a positive role model within all aspects of the job and have a drive to succeed and establish close working relationship with clients to maximise opportunities and grow business.
