The Audit & Compliance Administrator supports warehouse operations by ensuring compliance with BRCGS certification and food safety standards. The role involves maintaining audit documentation, supporting internal and external audits, and working closely with operational teams to uphold quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with BRCGS, food safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate audit records, documentation, and corrective action logs.
- Support preparation for external audits, including BRCGS and regulatory inspections.
- Assist with compliance programs, policies, and SOPs.
- Monitor compliance performance and support improvement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance procedures.
- Support the Compliance Manager with reporting and risk assessments.
- Stay up to date with relevant food safety regulations and industry standards.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in audit, compliance, or quality assurance (food or warehouse environment preferred).
- Knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP, and food safety standards (working knowledge acceptable).
