We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader on behalf of one of our clients based in Blackburn. This is a hands-on role within a busy warehouse operation, ideal for someone with previous leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Blackburn

Shift days: Monday - Friday

Shift hours: Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5pm & Friday 9:00am - 3pm

Salary: £15/hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations
  • Manage Goods In and Despatch activities
  • Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately
  • Prepare materials and fabric orders for collection
  • Monitor stock levels and complete stock checks
  • Move and reorganise stock using FLTs
  • Maintain accurate records within the WMS system
  • Support Logistics with export documentation
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety
  • Act as a key holder for the warehouse

Requirements:

  • Previous Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor or Shift Leader experience
  • Strong warehouse operations knowledge
  • Experience with Goods In and Despatch
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise workload
  • WMS experience advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence essential
  • Valid Bendi truck licence essential
  • Flexibility to support varying shifts during peak season (June - September)
