We are looking for a Door Installation Technician in the Leyland area. The role involves installing a wide range of doors, from small units to large heavy panels (often requiring two-person lifts). Candidates must be comfortable working at height and hold a full UK driving licence.
Work is Monday to Friday, staying away from home, with occasional Sunday travel for early Monday site starts. Teams meet in Leyland at 6:00 am and travel together to site in a company van (secure parking provided).
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card
- DBS and full security clearance needed
- Construction site experience
- Door fitting or mechanical background - off site
- SSSTS/SMSTS beneficial but not essential
Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Friday: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
- Overtime available
- £36,000 - £38,000 DOE
- Allowances: £25 per night tax free, £100 per week staying away (Airbnb provided)
