Job description We are looking for an experienced Operations Administrator to work with one of our well-established client in Burnley. JOB PURPOSE: The Operations Administrator will maintain HR & administrative tasks required within the Operations Department supporting the Production, Warehouse and Engineering function on Site and at our Sites. Within this Role, it is essential thatthe individual manages their time effectively to ensure all functions are supported and any tasks completed to a high level, utilising all current processes and systems to ensure consistency across all functions. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Balance your time to support all Departments with their critical requirements in relation to operations administration. Support Managers in supplying information from our HR database systems to enable them to manage their people in relation to absence, performance, development and wellbeing.
