Coffee Island is currently seeking a full‑time Assistant Store Manager for its central London store. We want a fun and friendly person who enjoys working with others in a fast‑paced environment and who wants to help create a unique coffee experience for our guests.
Key Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- At least 1 year of coffee experience (Barista experience preferred)
- Latte skills are preferred
- Passion for coffee, food, and cafe culture
- Strong commitment to quality, speed, and intelligent customer service
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
- Team player with a strong work ethic and proactive attitude
- Fluent in written and spoken English

- Schedule: 8‑hour shift
- Location: London WC2H 9NY – reliable commute or plan to relocate before starting (preferred)
