gap healthcare is looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team supporting three adults with learning disabilities in Wisbech. This service supports adults over 17 years old who require support to live fulfilling, independent lives. The role does not involve personal care but focuses on enabling service users to access community activities, develop skills, and enjoy their day-to-day lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support to promote independence and social inclusion
- Assisting with daily routines, activities, and community access
- Encouraging skills development and positive engagement
- Helping service users with communication and social interaction
- Following individual support plans and maintaining accurate records

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year previous experience working with adults with learning disabilities
