We're looking for motivated graduates to join our Technology Graduate Development Programme, designed to give you broad, hands-on exposure across enterprise systems, cyber security, data, and digital product development within one of the UK's leading equipment hire businesses.
You don't need a specific Computer Science degree to apply. What matters most is your analytical mind, your desire to understand how complex systems work, and your drive to make a tangible difference. You'll rotate across our core technology functions, including ERP systems, cyber security, digital products, and data, working alongside experienced engineers, product owners, and IT leaders on projects that directly impact our 200+ depots and major customers nationwide. By the end of the programme, you won't just understand enterprise technology, you'll have the confidence, technical capability, and business awareness to drive real change.
About You
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting tech operations across ERP (Infor CloudSuite), cyber security, data analytics, and digital products
- Maintaining GAP Connect and telematics systems (tracking 9,000+ assets)
- Contributing to cyber security (assessments, process improvements, NIST implementation)
- Improving ERP workflows by identifying issues and delivering efficiency fixes
- Supporting change management to minimise system disruption
- Using Snowflake data to generate business insights
- Assisting with impactful tech projects (customer onboarding, device management)

- A degree (ideally in tech, business, or related fields)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you enjoy understanding how things work and figuring out how to make them work better
- Clear communication of technical concepts, with the ability to translate technical concepts clearly for non-technical colleagues
