Are you ready to bring your enthusiasm, tenacity and relationship building skills to the Finance Department of our Glasgow Head Office? At GAP Hire Solutions, we are looking for an experienced Credit Controller whose key focus will be to manage a portfolio of outstanding debt and work alongside our Major Account customers. This is a fast-paced, high volume role in which you will collect payments via telephone and email whilst liaising with both internal and external customers and effectively dealing with enquiries.

- Significant experience of working in a high-volume credit controller position.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages including Excel and Word.
- Effective communication, organisational and prioritisation skills.
