About the role
The Role: Our team is the best in the industry – is it time for you to join us? GAP Survey & Safety Hire & Sales offers one of the largest ranges of survey & safety equipment and accessories in the industry. From a range of equipment including Robotic and GPS equipment, the division has everything our customers in the construction, utilities, and infrastructure sectors need. Based in a busy depot, the Test & Run Fitter (Survey & Safety) will ensure all basic Survey & Safety products are cleaned, checked, adjusted and certificated before they are hired out. You will also keep up to date knowledge on the latest products and full range of accessories whilst ensuring all maintenance and equipment paperwork is completed accurately.
About You
Successful candidates should demonstrate the following:
- Knowledge of survey products and accessories would be highly desirable however full training will be provided.
- Ability to carry out comprehensive safety checks and calibration of all hire equipment before despatch and complete all necessary documentation.
- Excellent local area knowledge.
