About the role

If you're creative, commercially aware, and excited by the idea of building a long-term career in marketing, this is your opportunity to start strong. We're looking for motivated graduates to join our Marketing Graduate Development Programme - designed to fast track your learning, broaden your digital and brand expertise, and give you the foundations for a successful marketing career within a dynamic, growing business. You don't specifically need a Marketing degree to apply. What matters most is your passion for marketing, your creativity, your willingness to learn, and your drive to progress. Based in Glasgow, you'll gain hands-on experience across key marketing disciplines, working with experienced mentors and contributing to real campaigns and business initiatives from day one. By the end of the programme, you won't just understand marketing, you'll have the skills, confidence, and experience to make a genuine impact.

About You

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the development and delivery of marketing strategies, focusing on digital innovation, brand awareness, and engagement
  • Assisting with digital marketing activity, including website updates, email campaigns, and social media
  • Helping create and manage email marketing campaigns, including targeting, testing, and reporting
  • Analysing marketing performance and providing insights to improve results
  • Conducting market and competitor research to support strategic decisions
  • Creating content and contributing to social media strategy
  • Producing marketing materials such as digital assets, graphics, and brochures
  • Updating website content using CMS platforms
  • Supporting event coordination, ensuring strong brand presence
