What You'll Be Doing
β€’ Coordinating and managing the end-to-end bid and proposal process, ensuring high-quality submissions are delivered on time
β€’ Creating clear, concise, compliant and responsive customer-focused proposal content
β€’ Managing renewals, contract updates, and submissions with a focus on accuracy and compliance
β€’ Working closely with internal teams to gather, align, and refine bid and proposal inputs
β€’ Maintaining bid documentation, registers, and reporting tools, ensuring all materials are up to date
β€’ Tracking bid and proposal progress and outcomes, contributing to reporting and revenue validation
β€’ Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance team efficiency

About You

What We're Looking for
β€’ Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
β€’ Excellent communication skills, particularly in written content development
β€’ High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work
β€’ A collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
β€’ Commercial awareness and an interest in bid and proposal processes
β€’ Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
β€’ Strong administrative and digital skills, including document and data management
