As a well-established and highly successful organisation, GAP Group is undergoing an exciting technology-driven transformation, investing significantly in its digital platforms and systems whilst committing to Agile ways of working. We have a brand new opportunity for an Agile Project Manager who will lead the planning and delivery of key technology and digital projects across the business. You will act as lead for Agile practices across GAP Group, coaching and developing confidence in fresh ways of working.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead delivery using Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe where appropriate, facilitating services including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
  • Define and maintain project plans, schedules and delivery of roadmaps that are realistic, minimise risk and communicated to stakeholders.
  • Own RAID log management.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and third-party partners across all business phases.
  • Work with third party vendors, holding suppliers to account through clear contractual milestones, performance reviews, escalating where necessary.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of project management practices, tooling and standards within the Digital Projects Team.

About You

What We're Looking for:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role successfully delivering significant technology or business transformation projects.
  • Strong experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage structured delivery programmes using waterfall or hybrid approaches when needed.
  • Experience supporting or leading an Agile transformation or ways of working programme within a multi-site organisation.
  • A background of working in an operational, asset-heavy or industrial organisation is highly desirable as is formal Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agilist.
