The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
Working in the heart of the depot, the Driver Labourer is responsible for keeping the workshop and yard areas clean and tidy, ensuring these areas are free of hazards and tools are stored away correctly. The Driver Labourer also ensures that any equipment leaving the depot has been pressure cleaned and is ready for the customer. Your role will include loading, delivering, and collecting hire equipment to and from customer sites in a timely and professional manner. When on customer sites, there may be a requirement to carry out hire equipment demonstrations, and you must ensure all relevant checks and administration are completed.
Requirements include:
- Previous experience in a labourer role, preferably within a hire depot/yard environment.
- Strong team player willing to support colleagues with additional tasks when required.
- Ability to work on own initiative in a fast-paced depot environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Full driving licence is essential; a CSCS card and forklift licence are preferable.
