About the role

Our team is the best in the industry – is it time for you to join us? GAP Pump & Power Services Division provide advice, servicing, maintenance and repair for generators, dewatering & sewerage pump applications. This includes a large range of hoses, settlement tanks and water processing solutions.

The Installation Coordinator will provide a prompt and efficient service to our customers. You will work closely with the installation manager & their teams to ensure we deliver bespoke solutions for our customers. You will be responsible for raising contracts, preparing quotes, sourcing equipment, arranging transport, invoicing, answering telephone & email enquiries. This is a challenging, fast paced and rewarding role that provides a fantastic platform to grow and progress within GAP Group.

About You

Successful applicants should demonstrate the following:

  • Ideally have experience working within a high-volume role within the hire industry
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Effective communicator with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient IT skills with working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook and Excel
  • Strong team player with the ability to work to own initiative
