Based in Glasgow, you'll gain hands on experience across key aspects of customer experience and service delivery, working at the heart of our National Hiredesk. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Developing a deep understanding of GAP one, our National Hiredesk, and how it supports customers and depots nationwide
  • Handling customer enquiries and supporting end‑to‑end hire processes while delivering a professional, positive service experience
  • Learning how service performance is measured, including customer feedback, service levels, and operational KPIs
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer journeys, processes, and ways of working
  • Supporting customer experience initiatives and projects that directly impact service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Building strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills in a fast‑paced environment

What You'll Bring:

  • A degree in any discipline
  • A genuine interest in customer experience, service excellence, and how businesses support customers at scale
  • Strong communication skills - confident, clear, and professional when dealing with customers and colleagues
  • A positive, proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems and think on your feet
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • A team focused attitude with the ability to thrive in a busy, fast paced environment
