What You'll Be Doing
- Monitoring tender platforms and identifying suitable opportunities to support business growth
- Coordinating bid submissions, including pre-qualification questionnaires and compliance documentation
- Supporting the development of bids, tenders, proposals, and customer renewals
- Working with internal teams to gather accurate and relevant information for submissions
- Maintaining bid registers, company documentation, and audit-ready records
- Supporting reporting activities, including revenue validation and data management
- Ensuring all submissions meet high standards of accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Continuously identifying ways to improve processes, systems, and document management
