Join our team as a Commercial Administrator and play an important role in supporting the delivery of winning bids and tenders. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Monitoring tender platforms and identifying suitable opportunities to support business growth
  • Coordinating bid submissions, including pre-qualification questionnaires and compliance documentation
  • Supporting the development of bids, tenders, proposals, and customer renewals
  • Working with internal teams to gather accurate and relevant information for submissions
  • Maintaining bid registers, company documentation, and audit-ready records
  • Supporting reporting activities, including revenue validation and data management
  • Ensuring all submissions meet high standards of accuracy, consistency, and compliance
  • Continuously identifying ways to improve processes, systems, and document management
