About the role

The Role

Join our industry-leading team! Our nationwide Trenching and Shoring division supplies equipment to the construction, utilities, and infrastructure sectors, supporting safe excavations with trench boxes, sheets, and braces.

The Labourer Driver is responsible for maintaining a clean and hazard-free workshop and yard, ensuring tools are stored properly, and that plant equipment leaving the depot is pressure cleaned, refueled, and logged accurately. The role also involves loading, delivering, and collecting hire equipment from customer sites, and demonstrating equipment when required, completing all necessary checks and documentation.

About You

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

• Experience in a labourer role, preferably in a hire depot/yard environment
• Strong team player willing to support colleagues with additional tasks
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
• Full driving license is essential; forklift license and CSCS card are preferable
