We're looking for a proactive and hardworking Labourer to join our high-performing Non-Mechanical Division. If you're someone who takes pride in keeping things organised, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a growing business—this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
As a Labourer, you'll play a key role in ensuring our depot runs smoothly and safely. You'll maintain a clean and hazard-free workshop and yard, prepare Non-Mechanical equipment for hire, and support the wider team to deliver exceptional service to our customers across construction, utilities, and infrastructure sectors.
This is a hands-on role offering real career progression in a company that invests in its people.
What You'll Be Doing
- Keeping the workshop and yard clean, tidy, and hazard-free
- Cleaning equipment and store it in an orderly fashion
- Quality-checking equipment before it leaves the depot to ensure it's hire-ready
- Assisting with general workshop duties as required
- Carrying out driving duties (subject to licence) and assisting Drivers and customers with loading and unloading vehicles
- Operating forklift when necessary
