Are you ready to bring your precision, enthusiasm and eye for detail to a busy role in the Finance Department in our Glasgow Head Office? We are looking for an experienced Management Accountant where you will have the chance to develop your career in a high-performing finance team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Take ownership of your division's monthly management accounts and provide support to the business in understanding the drivers to detail.
- Creation, analysis and evidencing of monthly accrual and prepayments.
- Responsible for accurate production of monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support year-end stock counts and ensure that the management of assets are recorded accurately.
- Build relationships with operations teams across different divisions and areas of the business to provide financial analysis on their performance.
About You:
- Relevant professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA) or working towards a professional qualification.
- Highly numerate with excellent IT skills, in particular Excel.
- Confident and self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative.
- Key support to the Finance Team Leader and Finance Manager.
- High level of attention to details and accuracy when producing information.
- Ability to build strong working relationships.
- Excellent communications skills.
