Are you ready to bring your precision, enthusiasm and eye for detail to a busy role in the Finance Department in our Glasgow Head Office? We are looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant where you will have the chance to develop your career in a high-performing finance team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Involved in the preparation and distribution of accurate monthly management accounts
- Preparation of regular weekly and monthly reporting and the provision of analysis which explains changes in numbers to the business
- Collation, processing and evidencing of monthly accruals and prepayments alongside other balance sheet reconciliations
- Support the management of assets, ensuring that these are recorded accurately
- Assist in the preparation of the year-end audit process
About You
- Experience of working in a similar role
- Highly numerate with excellent IT skills, in particular Excel
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy when producing information
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
